Account deletion and data retention

You can delete your account at any time from your account area (My profile → Delete my account). Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Data that is erased

Your sign-in credentials, your customer profile (name, phone), your saved addresses, your current cart and any newsletter/marketing subscription linked to your email are permanently erased.

Data that is kept (anonymised)

Your orders are not erased: as accounting records, the law (French Commercial Code, art. L123-22) requires that they be retained for 10 years. To reconcile this obligation with your right to erasure, your orders are anonymised: they are detached from your identity (no longer linked to your account), and the personal details they contained (name, email, phone, street address) are removed. Only the information strictly necessary to the invoice is kept — order lines, amounts, dates, and the city / postal code / country needed for territorial VAT.

Orders in progress

If an order is still being processed (pending, paid or shipped), deletion is temporarily blocked: we need to keep the link to your account to handle delivery or any after-sales matter. Deletion becomes possible once the order is finalised. For any question, contact our after-sales service.
